im not sure who’s running this place, but when I asked for extra pillows, I was told no! also, the area felt very unsafe, with groups of men shouting and causing a ruckus at night. i almost gave this review a glowing star rating, but the lack of that special treatment made me reconsider everything.

satisfaction but need more attention
The room was spacious which was great for my family. Cleaning was thorough and consistent throughout our stay, making us feel quite comfortable. Breakfast provided a good range of options, suitable for both adults and kids, and helped start our day off well. The location's proximity to the metro allowed for easy access to the central attractions in the city.
The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at times, impacting our overall comfort during evening outings.

I stayed in a Queen Room for 2 nights, and it was a mix of good and not so great. The room was lovely with a comfy double bed, and the shower and toilet facilities were spacious. However, the area outside felt a bit unsettling at night, which made coming back a bit nerve-wracking after a day out. But the staff were nice and helpful, which softened the experience a little.

The room was stylish and comfy! Plus, no expectations for views since we spent our time exploring the city.
Our initial pillow situation felt like a toddler's mistake. Requested more, but only one showed up the next day!
